Yusuf Özcan (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built the Farmix app as a Free/Freemium app. This service is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use “as is”.

For a better experience while using our Service, we do not require you to provide us with any personally identifiable information directly.
Game Data and Progress: All your gameplay data, including level progression, stars earned, and settings (such as Reduce Motion or Audio preferences), are saved locally on your device. We do not store your game progress on external servers, and this data is entirely within your control. Deleting the app will delete this local data.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily to serve advertisements.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our app. These companies may use information (such as your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, and general location) to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.
On iOS 14.5 and later, we will only track your device across other companies’ apps and websites for advertising purposes if you grant us permission through the Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through Apple’s opt-in crash reporting or third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This data is purely used to fix crashes and improve game stability.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.

But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
